Join our Mat Pilates class that is open to EVERYONE but designed with the equestrian in mind.
These 60-minute classes are tailored to strengthen the crucial muscle groups essential for riders. You’ll be guided through movements aimed at enhancing core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, symmetry and coordination. These improvements will directly enhance your body awareness, riding skills, and overall performance in the saddle.
